The location of each tape is monitored through the Odyssey system to ensure the security and availability of tapes can be sourced efficiently. 

All tapes can be relocated at the library or reception areas.    

Each edit suit has a corresponding set of shelves, (for example edit 22 will be synchronised into the number library) which was created in order for the highest level of organisation to be easily achieved. 

Once the edit has been completed, the tapes become boxed immediately and are prepared to go into a long term library space until dispatched.
